Payment Until the Unlimited Wash membership evidenced by this Subscription Agreement is cancelled in writing, I agree that for each subsequent month Mobil 1 may charge my credit card on the Subscription Date each month (or on the last day of any month in which the original Subscription Date is a date later than the last day of the month to be charged) the indicated amount above, as it may be adjusted from time to time, for the Wash Package selected above. In the event that my credit card expires or its use is otherwise limited by the issuer and Mobil 1 is unable to charge the credit card in accordance with these payment terms, I will promptly either renew the credit card or provide Mobil 1 with an alternate credit card; and if I do not, I agree Mobil 1 may deactivate my Unlimited Wash Subscription. I also agree that I waive any and all right to withhold or delay payment of the related credit card charges, whether as described in my agreement with the credit card issuer or otherwise. Mobil 1 will not be held responsible in cases where the car wash is closed for whatever reason. Reasons may include but are not limited to weather, holiday, or equipment malfunction/renovation. Unlimited Wash Subscription cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or club plans.
Eligibility Only personal vehicles are eligible for this program. Business vehicles or Commercial Fleet vehicles are not eligible.
Changes to Subscription Mobil 1 reserves the right to cancel, amend, or change the Pricing and/or Terms of the Unlimited Wash Subscription at any time upon notice; or to cancel the membership evidenced by this Subscription Agreement at any time upon notice.
Cancellation by Subscriber I understand that, at any time, I may cancel my Unlimited Wash Subscription and the cancellation may take up to 24‐hours to process. Further I agree that I must cancel in writing to: Mobil 1 Mill Plain Car Care 33 Mill Plain Road Danbury CT 06811 Or by email to MOBIL1SILVERLINING@GMAIL.COM Upon receipt of my written notice, I understand that Mobil 1 will deactivate my Unlimited Wash Subscription and no proration of my final month’s payment will be made.
